The “login password” is crucial account information required for customer identification in online transactions on VPS trading systems. Enhancing the security of account information helps customers prevent the risk of losing their accounts and existing investments, ensuring safe investment transactions.
To enhance the security of account information, VPS recommends customers take the following measures to protect their "login password":
- Never disclose the “login password” to anyone
- Limit login and VPS account use on unfamiliar and public devices.
- Set passwords for ordering devices such as computers and phones.
- Avoid using easily guessable passwords
- Be cautious of phishing emails and messages containing malicious links.
- Be aware of accessing malicious websites such as pornography, gambling, or installing programs of unknown origin... which may increase the risk of password exposure.
- Change passwords regularly: It is recommended that customers change the login password frequently; VPS recommends that customers change it every three months or immediately if the password is suspected to be compromised.
- If possible, reset the device to clean it when suspecting the password has been compromised.
