1. Responsibilities:
- Market Research: Lead and conduct primary and secondary market research to collect data on customer behavior, preferences, trends, and competitive landscape.
- Data Analysis: Synthesize data from various sources to provide valuable analysis to identify current status, risks, opportunities, trends for business growth, customer understanding, product development...
- Reporting: Perform detailed reporting and analysis, summarize research results, and make proposals to achieve predetermined goals. Ensure timely and quality execution to meet urgent and continuously changing business needs.
- Strategy Development: Collaborate with relevant departments to integrate deep market insights into planning and executing strategies.
- Customer Segmentation: Develop and refine customer segmentation models to tailor marketing efforts and product offerings to different customer groups.
- Trend Forecasting: Monitor industry trends, changes in customer behavior, and market fluctuations to forecast potential impacts on the business.
- Coordination: Work closely with relevant departments to ensure research findings are shared and effectively applied to business practices.
2. Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Data Science/Data Management, Data Analysis/Big Data, Analytical Mathematics, Probability Statistics, Marketing (Market Research), or equivalent.
- Proficiency in English (Listening/Speaking/Reading/Writing).
- Computer Skills: Proficient in using office software.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer data analysis/management, customer research, and market research activities.
- Preference for candidates with experience leading market research projects, customer/competitive research, and effectively implementing positioning/segmentation policies for Institutional Customer Segments
