VPS is seeking talented candidates with experience and passion for UX to implement overall design architecture, user interfaces, specifications, and requirements for the interface, experience, and functionality of VPS products and services. Your mission is to explore and understand customer needs and behaviors to convert them into clear design challenges, thereby directing work to solve the right problems. 1. Responsibilities:

• Conduct research to deeply understand customer needs and behaviors, business goals, analyze competitors, thereby accurately identifying design experience challenges to ensure the best experience for customers. 
• Generate ideas for overall design architecture, user interfaces, technical specifications, and requirements for the form, feel, and function of VPS products and services. 
• Participate in all stages of the design process, from initial concepts to implementation, maintaining high-quality standards and adjusting as necessary. 
• Use design tools to create storyboards, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate and test with users. 
• Create and maintain a consistent brand image and ensure consistent user experience across all platforms. 
• Participate in product evaluations and testing. 
• Analyze and evaluate user feedback and make corresponding adjustments to increase user satisfaction.

2. Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in UX/UI Design or related fields such as Finance, Marketing, Behavioral Psychology.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in user experience design. 
• Preference for candidates with practical experience in financial products, investments. 
• Proficient in design tools like Figma. Experience with Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or Illustrator is a plus. 
• Solid understanding of design principles, UI design, and best practices in user experience (UX).
• Ability to work in Agile, Scrum models, and collaborate effectively with teams. 
• Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to actively face challenges. 
• Ability to contribute to product development.
