Transimex (TMS VN) - Notice about the next ex-dividend date
In accordance with HOSE's notice, the ex-dividend date for investors to receive Transimex's stock dividend is 23rd September 2024. Stock dividend will be paid at 100:7 ratio, which means for every 100 shares owned, shareholders will have 7 additional shares. As a result, there will be around 11 million additional shares, Increasing total shares outstanding up to roughly 169.3 million.
Earlier in August, the logistics corporation had settled a part of its secured bond (ISIN: VNOTMS121018) principal, revealed to be VND180 billion out of its total VND300 billion, due in 2026. However, on the same day, the company successfully offered VND100 billions of unsecured non-convertible bonds (not having ISIN yet) to private investors.
Transimex announced its reviewed financial results for H1.2024 with consolidated net revenue of VND1,512 billion (about USD60 million, up +53.1% YoY) and net income of VND76 billion (about USD3 million, up +3.7% YoY). TMS VN closed at VND50,500 per share on 11th September 2024, down -12.1% from its adjusted 52-week high of VND57,420 per share.
TPBank (TPB VN) - Notice about stock dividend
The company announced its Board's resolution on stock dividend with up to 440.3 million additional shares will be allocated to the bank's shareholders, following its payout ratio of 20%. The record date is 24th September 2024. Few days earlier, the bank already renewed credit lines for the related parties, Diana Unicharm and FPT IS. According to the bank's filing SBV, it has 22 shareholders having at least 1% ownership, in which there are 9 individuals (most of them are members of the Do family) and 13 Institutional investors, including FPT Corporation, DOJI Jewelry, Vinare, PYN Elite, IFC, VEIL of Dragon Capital.
TPBank reported its financials for H1.2024 with total operating income of VND8.921 billion (about USD357 million, up +17.8% YoY), net income of VND2,985 billion (about USD119 million, up +10.3%). TPB also recorded LDR of 105.1% and PCR of 66.0% on 30th June 2024, up +162 bps and +51 bps from 88.9% and 60.9% in H1.2023 respectively. TPB VN closed at VND17,850 per share on 11th September 2024, down -8.3% from its adjusted 52-week high of VND19,460 per share.
